Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ChurnShield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using ChurnShield on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
ChurnShield is a SaaS platform that provides churn prediction, customer risk scoring, AI-powered insights, and revenue impact tracking. We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying feature levels as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to ChurnShield. We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited license to use your data for operating the service, including running ML predictions and generating insights within your tenant.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ChurnShield to violate any laws, infringe on others' rights, or transmit malicious code. You will not attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse engineer the service, or exceed rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service outages.
8. Limitation of Liability
ChurnShield provides predictions and recommendations based on data you connect. These are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our predictions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to ChurnShield will end at the current billing period. You may export your data before termination. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
